Lets make a level playing field, as everyone knows who all the skaters in WIC that are on the gear so why do sponsers continue to sponser them shorely not to get names in the lime light , and most skaters know which skaters at worlds that are on the juice so why not do bloood tests, lets get the cheats and make it the same for everyone, Bill when you write your book put me down for the first copy as it will be some good reading in it

After a conversation mit prof. I continue to say that the new WADA rules can accuse innocent people and ruin their careers, but due to additional info I have reason to doubt this exact person is innocent.

@Skatefreak - That's the problem. The bans aren't on the basis of catching anymore. They are on the basis of "well, there could be" and not "there is". This has to do with the lengths cheats go to not get caught as well as develope the newest dope.
This all just increases the chance of innocent people being pulled in an accused of cheating if there is no fairness left in play.

They dont ban athletes for no reason. Why do people find it so hard to believe she's a cheat?

As a Coach for many years, I have been sick of trying to create Super Athletes to beat cheaters, if you have spent all your money & lifetime in pursuit of an even playing field you would understand my stance.

I could have a field day naming them & I will leave it for a book, when I am done & dusted.

I wouldn't expect a shot like that from you. Let's try to keep the bar at your usual level.
She was banned for two years on the basis of a new WADA action law. If blood irregularities of any kind are found, you can immediately ban pretty much without anything. That is what they did, because there were blood irregularities. After the ban you can try to do something against it... Anyways... That's why they take numerous blood samples and compare them...

off course the tests were negative Thor... it was blooddoping she was found guilty on, not epo, testosteron or any other banned product.

Since blooddoping (mostly) uses the blood of the sporter itself so it is very hard to find (although with modern techniques it is becoming more easy every day to find the cheaters)

And there HAS already been a hearing AND she has been found guilty after that. Off course there is still the possibilty for an appeal but don;t bring the...

She has already been banned for two years by the authorities & is all over every news, you seem too be a bit out of touch with reality & they know a lot more than you or me, it was not one instance either.

She must be going to Sue every major news media outlet then, take a google check & have a look.

Hmmm... Every doping test negative... Unlike with Lommers the fool.
Hmmm... !#%%! The only thing they have on her is a higher level of something in her blood and I doubt you have the medical background to explain how that proves doping. The effect of minor illnesses, injuries, nutrition or training are higher on blood samples!
I wouldn't come to fast conclusions here, because the effects can be very painful if you're wrong.

there has already been a hearing at with the ISU decided to ban Pechstein from iceskating for the next 2 years. Off course there always is a possibility for a appeal (which, form what i heard will be there) but don;t keep yelling about the innocence story when indeed there has been a hearing AND she has been found guilty...

At least she's not trying to win the case like you did lammerz...
