Mike, I have drawn an arrow to show the cleat difuser which directs the air over the cleat. The heal is also very special in that it comes to a point. The shoe is not only aero in the flat position, but also when the heal is raised like in this pic. |

Hehehe, I wasn't being totally serious Alex. I meant wrt. to riding a recumbent where the soles of the feet are what are presented to the airflow. Of
course you're not likely to make anything like that, as the market is far too small.
