Hi, I got hypnotized by this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O36JAQWVAlc However, there's
something very basic that gets me confused. Joey insists and emphezises the importance of pushing from "home" - the position where both feet are side
by side. I know the push starts much after "the fall" (body weight shift), but should it start so late? After putting the recovering foot on the
ground? Is this a slideboard specific issue, or should I mimic this timing for inline as well? It seems awkward to push without having all your weight on the
pushing leg, so another option for inline is to indeed start pushing when both feet are side by side, but with the recovering foot slightly above the surface
(not like in the slideboard case). Can someone please shed some light?
