Hello at Bonts
I am the proud owner of a pair of (custom) pyrotechnics. Except for their weight, I am very satisefied with the handiwork. But one year ago, the right buckles`retentioner-button on its steel axis broke out of its hinge in its plastic bed when I fastened the strap.

I do not know if it happened just then or before. It was specially annoying as I had payed for the costlyer aluminium version, and then it breaks because the base of that buckle is out of plastic, if you know what i mean . Since then I can`t use the strap of my right foot.
My question is, can I get a replacement part along with another rivet from bont, if I exchange the parts myself (old rivet out, new rivet in)? I hope I do not have to send the whole shoe...
If you want , I can send you the buckle in a box or letter.
